JESSICA DEROCHE

With over 20 years of experience, Jess specializes in therapeutic massage to help patients recover from injuries and to optimize their active lifestyles. She is skilled in a variety of techniques, primarily employing deep tissue and myofascial work. Jess’s method is to identify tight, dysfunctional tissues and improve their function through intentional muscle work. Jess is experienced in treating work and auto injuries (L&I and PIP), sports injuries, and postural/lifestyle aches and pains. Jess also performs pregnancy/prenatal massage.

 

When you book your first session with Jess, she will discuss your injuries/painful areas, get a relevant medical history, and understand your goals of treatment. Massage is performed with force and depth that corresponds to the patient’s comfort level. Patients will be given instructions about appropriate dress/undress for their session and their modesty/privacy will be preserved at all times.

 

Jessica is a Washington native. Most of her childhood was spent in Gig Harbor and Whidbey Island. When not working, Jessica enjoys trips to the Ocean, spending time with family, and playing tennis.
